Native Operations ("we," "us") provides AI transformation consulting through nativeoperations.com. This policy explains what information we collect on this site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you take our AI Readiness Assessment, we collect the answers you select, your calculated score, your email address, and, if you provide it, your company name. When you book a call, scheduling is handled by Calendly, which collects the details you enter under its own privacy policy. Like most websites, our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages visited) for security and reliability.

How we use it

We use your information to deliver your assessment results, follow up about your results and our services, respond to your inquiries, and improve the assessment. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send bulk marketing email.

Where it lives

Assessment submissions are stored with Supabase and the site is hosted on Vercel, both of which process data on our behalf. Access is limited to the people who need it to operate the business.

How long we keep it

We keep assessment submissions for as long as they are useful for the purposes above. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at lakshman111@gmail.com and we will respond promptly.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
